After 20 years of working at Christian Life Church with Pastors Steve and Denice Vickers, Stacy and I are resigning our pastoral staff position, going off salary, and going into full time Missions. Over many years our heart for missionaries has grown. We have loved serving missionaries in anyway we can. We have given financially, listened to their stories, helped their stateside children, bought vehicles, and whatever else we could do to be a blessing to them. Now we sense that the heart God has given us for them is leading us to the mission field in Africa. Two of our three children will make this journey with us, Dylan (11), and Sterling (16). The dog (4), is undecided. Uganda will be our home for the next few years. We will be building homes for the homeless and building better homes in slum villages. Also, Stacy and I will be preparing the ground work for a Bible college and small business school as well as doing ministry training for pastors, youth leaders and children's workers.

We are asking you to partner with us for the next 12 months. Our departure date is set for the end of July. Currently we have commitments of 47% of our needed budget. Because of great response we have reached this point in just five weeks, however, we still have far to go.
